Juma Ventures helps young people build toward stable, thriving futures through paid work experience, financial coaching, and access to postsecondary education. In 2014, Juma expanded its award-winning program to San Jose with the opening of Levi's Stadium, home of the NFL's San Francisco 49ers. Since then, Juma has grown its local footprint to include PayPal Park, SAP Center, and Tech CU Arena, partnering with these venues to give San Jose youth real world job experience alongside the tools they need to save, plan, and pursue their goals. Since launching in 2014, Juma San Jose has employed over 850 youth, who have collectively earned more than $1.2 million in wages and stipends.
